Our Work
Step 9
Final Inspection & Cure Time
Before completion, every floor undergoes a detailed quality inspection to ensure consistency, appearance, and performance. The floor is then allowed to properly cure for maximum durability and long-term protection.
Step 8
Protective Top Coat Application
A durable top coat is applied to protect the floor against abrasions and scratches, chemicals and stains while providing UV stability and giving customers sheen options including high gloss, satin, or matte finishes.
Step 7
Artistic Swirl & Detail Techniques
Our installers manipulate the metallic pigments using professional tools and movement techniques to create dimension, depth, and custom artistic patterns throughout the floor.
Step 6
Decorative Metallic Coating
This is where the transformation happens. Premium metallic pigments are blended into epoxy and applied using specialized techniques to create flowing movement, depth, and custom swirl effects.
Every metallic floor is completely unique and handcrafted.
Step 5
Epoxy Base Coat Installation
A high-performance epoxy base coat is applied evenly across the surface to create strength, adhesion, and the proper foundation for the metallic finish.
Step 4
Moisture Barrier Application
A moisture-mitigating epoxy barrier is installed to protect the flooring system from vapor transmission coming through the concrete slab. This step helps prevent bubbling, peeling, and delamination.
Step 3
Crack & Surface Repair-
All cracks, chips, pits, and damaged areas are repaired using professional-grade fillers and repair materials. This creates a seamless substrate before coatings are applied.
Step 2
Surface Preparation & Diamond Grinding- Proper preparation is the foundation of every successful epoxy floor. We mechanically grind the concrete using industrial diamond grinders to remove contaminants, old coatings, and weak concrete while creating the ideal surface profile for maximum adhesion.
Our Process
Initial Surface Inspection- Every project begins with a full inspection of the concrete surface. We evaluate the condition of the slab, identify cracks, moisture concerns, previous coatings, and determine the best system for long-term performance.
